    Hello @Nickynoo,

Unfortunately, the output format is NOT as expected. Myself and other members have noticed that this happens sometimes for some reason.

I think the best thing to do is to run the instructions for numbers ONE to SIX in my post, and then Paste the results into Notepad and Upload the file . . .

    @Paul Black
These are in addition to your troubleshooting.
(I'd seen unfortunately in the earlier post and will be on the side lines)

    Please clean the hosts file:

Block Websites using Hosts File in Windows

    Run:

Gather_additional_dump_files.bat Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

The HP BIOS upgrade: (upgrades are not required but there are benefits)

    Code:
    Fixes
    - Provides improved security.

For Dell, HP, Lenovo it should be a download.

    Code:
. Download the file by clicking the Download or Obtain Software button and saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where the downloaded file is saved).

    2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

See if the BIOS upgrade is detected by the HP Support Assistant.

Right the support assistant is installed, my laptop is out of warranty so I had the assistant before but uninstalled it recently. I asked it to check for updates - it found 2 updates, One was a media player and the other was diagnostic software. I chose to download the diagnostic software.
So I guess Im going to have to manually update the bios

The HP support assistant is for the end user whether the computer is under or no longer under warranty.
All of it's features can be used despite warranty status.
So launch it once or more per year to check for upgrades / updates.

    There are multiple HP diagnostics.
The diagnostics in the BIOS are useful when there is failure to boot or when RAM needs testing.
The Windows diagnostics is easy to use as it can be run while the computer is in use.
So both can be installed and used as needed.
