Closed captions would only be available if you are playing a video or movie that has subtitles available in the content, and you would turn it on in the player that you are using to play the video.
What content are you playing? (ie) Video file, Streaming, DVD? What player are you using?

    See:

Closed captions let you read the words that are spoken in the audio part of a video or television show.

What browser are you using to access this Internet Radio Station? (ie) Edge, Chrome etc?
I'm not sure if CC is available for internet Radio Broadcasts, but you can read up on it here

I've tried many different saved mp4 videos with captions to test Ease of Access > Closed captions. I set the customization of CC in Ease of Access, but when I play the videos, nothing has changed. I'm wondering if this option is not yet available in Australia. Can anyone recommend a file? Thank you.
