Depending where you are , you might encounter import taxes and "government handling charges"
For people living in the UK, lower value purchases ( from what I have read, that means < £135 ) do not attract import tax, but they do attract vat - therefore unless it is charged by the site there could be problems and "government charges" at the point of entry.
I have seen many people in the UK complaining about it online.
Previously in the UK it was less than £15 no vat and less than £135 no import tax. Small value items used to be no issue.
Apparently, now uk customs add vat (20%), which isn't a problem, but they also charge £12 for doing so.
Therefore the £2 item that was purchased ends up not at £2.40 , but at £14.40
At least one person was complaining it is a catastrophe for his small pc building/ refurbishing business, which depends on being able to purchase very low value items from China.
I have heard that some of the big Chinese sites ( e.g. Ali Express) do now charge vat for UK purchases, which they then remit to the UK government. That would avoid problems at the point of entry and "government charges".
But the smaller sites such as the one you linked may not be able to collect the UK govt taxes for them. Those smaller sites are often a lot cheaper than e.g. Ali Express.
If you are not in the UK, your situation will be different. Check and see if your country allows importing low value items free of tax.

Just out of curiosity, I visited the site. Its response was extremely slow. The site also contains no information I could find as to where they are located. They claim to ship most orders within 10-15 business days.
I'd at least wait a bit (like a year) before doing business with them.
Both of those sites have the same contact email and do not have an office address listed. So I wouldn't trust them.

I found nothing suggestive of China on the website there.
