desktop turns black

Hi. I still have the issue...but I found when it happens.
My desktop only turns black a few seconds, when I resize or reposition open windows. So far I have seen it only happen when I resize or reposition windows of Chrome. Don't know yet if it is just with Chrome or open windows in general.

Test doing the same with other Windows apps you have like Notepad, Edge browser, etc.

offcourse now when I try to find out with other apps it doesn't turn black even with Chrome.

I still don't know what it actually is.
Today it happened without moving windows.
Today it was different though that it started to flicker black to normal for some time before it was normal again.
It seems that most (maybe even all the time) when this happens i have some streaming video on (twitch, or facebook live video), but not sure about this.

Perhaps the intermittent problem is because the Intel graphics 630 is integrated with the motherboard.It does not have it's own memory,as do dedicated graphic cards and therefore uses system ram,which sonetimes is in short supply.
This can cause the Timeout Detection and Recovery [TDR] to temporarily stop sending to the monitor.
With integrated graphics,the most reasonable solution is to reduce the system ram usage where possible.
If it persists,then try a dedicated card,providing the mobo allows it and the wallet is not under stress.

To rule out the monitor as the problem . . .

[1] Is it an old monitor?
[2] What video quality are the videos?
[3] Have you tried a different monitor.
[4] What software are you using to stream videos?

1) monitor is pretty old yeah...was still monitor of my old computer, didn;t buy a new one.

2) standard viewing quality

4) I don't stream myself, I just watch.
