    Computer Completely Freezes Often

My computer completely freezes very often (once every 1-2 days). When it freezes, I can do nothing. I cant move my mouse, I can't interact with the with the computer using the keyboard, it's just completely frozen. I have already factory reset my computer and wiped all my files to start new and see if it would help. But it didn't. I really don't know what to do!
    I am using Windows 10

Not nearly enough information given such as how old is the computer, is it a custom-built or OEM, has any hardware been added at about the time problem started, is there much more data you can enter in My Computer?

Welcome to TenForums Badattech. Seeing that you factory reset the system would rule out software. Which brings us to hardware. We do need to see your System Specs Run to tool in the link and add your system specs to your profile.

    Important Recommended Steps

    • Update all installed applications
    • Uninstall currently installed device drivers and then install latest version of the devices drivers.
    • Install all of the Windows important updates.
    • If you are overclocking (pushing the components beyond their design) you should revert to default at least until the crashing is solved. If you don't know what it is you probably are not overclocking.
    • Use SpeedFan to monitor temperatures in computers, overheating can cause BSOD.
    • Use Memtest86+ disc to check system memory's (RAM's) for errors.
    • Use CrystalDiskInfo to check SMART health report of the hard disk drive (HDD).
    • Use Prime95 to stress test your CPU
    • Use 3DMark to stress test your GPU
