Do you want to create new System Reserve partition?

If Windows 10 installed HDD missing a EFI System Reserved partition you can create one by following below instructions.

Please boot your computer with Windows Installation Media and from Windows Recovery Environment start the Command Prompt.

From Command Prompt execute below commands one at a time:

    Code:
    Diskpart

    List Disk

    Select Disk 0

    List Partition

    Select Partition X

    Shrink desired=100

    Create Partition EFI

    FORMAT FS=FAT32 LABEL="ESP"

    Assign Letter=W

    Exit

     bcdboot C:\Windows /s W: /f ALL
Use "List Disk" command to find out disk number assign to Windows 10 installed drive.

Replace number 0 zero with disk number assign to Windows 10 installed drive

Use "List Partition" command to find out Windows 10 installed partition assigned number.

Replace X letter with Windows 10 installed partition assigned number.

You may need to replace C: drive letter with Windows 10 installed partition drive letter.

I have to warn you Diskpart tool is very dangers so please make sure to execute Diskpart command carefully.

You can't assign same drive letter to any partition.
What are you talking about ???. Don't you know that both his disks are MBR disk type ? and you are telling him to create EFI partition which only used for GPT disk.

It lists the partition but fails with the boot files.

It shows there is no free disk space on disk 0 , 2 &3 and only 1024K on disk 1 & 4. Maybe just another bug.

In your last thread I've asked if you wanted to install as Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT. You answered a UEFI-GPT and installed as Legacy-MBR. After Updates, System can't boot. Repair is required. Is it possible?

Is your BIOS up to date?

What is funny is you asked me question like i don't know what is MBR disk is if this is not the case then it is obvious that i did not know he is using MBR disk.

I guess I missed some settings creating the bootable USB with RUFUS.
My motherboard is a bit old. If I remember correctly I've updated once, couple of years ago.

Please consider another clean install followed by drive testing.
I think that's what I have to do.
Could you suggest ways for drive testing? Software, cmd, whatever...

For Drive heath you can use Samsung Magician or CrystalDiskInfo

For a complete drive test you can use SeaTools

Last BIOS for your P8Z77-V LE is Version 1104
Only update using BIOS update option (don't do it under Windows)

Check the BIOS for Legacy and UEFI options.

    Legacy > MBR partitioning
    UEFI > GPT partitioning

A clean install is the optimal time for MBR to GPT as there are no risks of data loss.
