Please open the Command Prompt by typing cmd.exe into Start Menu, right-click on Cmd.exe, and open it as an administrator.

Execute below command to see computer shutdown.

    Code:
    Shutdown /s /t 0

[1] When it reboots, does it reboot to the desktop?
[2] Are there any messages that appear during reboot?

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Run tuneup.bat > post result into this thread
Batch files for use in BSOD debugging

    2) Run the power troubleshooter > post images of the detailed results > test shutdown

    Take Screenshot in Windows 10

How to Upload and Post Screenshots and Files at Ten Forums

    3) run powercfg -devicequery wake_armed > post results

    4) Turn off hibernation > test shutdown
    Powercfg -h off

    5) Download and install HP UEFI hardware diagnostics: (left side of this webpage)
    https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/.../pc-diags.html

    6) Plan to run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics overnight > extensive > loop until error
(launch by power on and repetitively clicking F2)

    7) The next day if it has made 2 or more loops click esc > run any component test (as necessary) (many are interactive)

    8) Take pictures of the tests performed with results using a camera or smartphone camera > post images into the thread

    9) Run the V2 log collector > upload results directly into this thread:
    BSOD - Posting Instructions

That is typically seen when running a bat file.
