Windows 10 freezes every time i try to start up my pc

When I turn on my windows 10 pc, i get a blue screen with a few different options to choose from. I have tried factory resetting my pc in hopes that windows would reinstall itself and maybe fix my issue, but it seems it made things worse. If I attempt to proceed to windows 10, i get a black loading screen with some white dots on the bottom moving in a circle (much like a loading circle) and after a few seconds of waiting, it stops abruptly and my screen bugs out. The only solution I have to fix it is to restart my pc and try again, however I get the same results every time. What do I need to do?

Hi, unfortunately you've not said what your PC is- model, disk type, age, laptop, desktop, tablet...

Please click 'My computers' below my post for an example.
Please complete your specs as far as you can.

I have tried factory resetting my pc
    - without success. Did the factory reset procedure start properly? Did it seem to complete?

With which edition of Windows did your PC first come? e.g. Win 7/8/10.

I suggest you boot your PC from a live boot disk (which you will need to create using another PC) and then check its internal disk.

    E.g.
    Bob.Omb's Modified Win10PEx64 - Best Rescue Disk 2018
    or
    Toolkit Item: Kyhi’s Rescue Disk – Win10.Guru

You could use the relevant sections here to help you create the disk from an iso file.
Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10
using the iso file you have downloaded (not one for Win 10 of course).

Or you could remove the internal disk, connect it to another PC as a USB disk, and then test it.

On those live boot disks you will find
HD Tune v2.55 free (Health and Error scan tabs).
    Please post the result.

Do you have disk images you have previously created? tenforums members constantly recommend using disk imaging regularly so you can recovery easily from bad situations like this. E.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + large external storage for image files.

I believe the specs are -
    AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
    Radeon RX Vega 11
    8GB DDR4 Memory
    2TB 7200RPM Storage -
The computer came in windows 10.
The factory reset was weird. It would tell me it was installing windows, but after it reached 100% installed, the screen would turn green and I could not do anything.

I changed some settings from my diagnostics screen and i managed to load back onto my desktop, not sure what I did though, just changed a few random power settings.

Is this computer HP, Lenovo, or another 'brand name'?
Is it new or updated (refurbished)?
