    Folder view has changed

    Winver 1909 (OS Build 18363.836)

My folder view suddenly changed as per the attached. How do I get it back to normal? I went into file explorer>options>reset but nothing changed.

It looks like your Name column is dragged way off to the right. Left click and hold on the top edge of the Name column and drag it back to the left.

It's not the Name column itself but the width of the Navigation pane that you need to resize.

Just to the left of the Name column there is a faint vertical line.
Hover your cursor over it and you will see it change to a double-headed arrow,
press down on your mouse button & keep it pressed as you move the cursor left until the Navigation pane is the width you want,.
then let go of the mouse button

Pretty much what I said but your wording is much more detailed than mine. Video speaks a thousand words.
