    PC shuts down

    Hello,

Can't remember when this started, but the PC shuts down randomly. Power does not cut off, Windows behaves as if it was told to shut down. Happens once a month/two mounts.

Don't believe there is a overheating issue. Sleep/hibernate are disabled.

It's a desktop. Win10x64 Pro 1909 18363.778. The PSU is more than enough for the hardware's requirements.

I've noted the time and date and looked in Event Viewer. There are multiple entries at the time when this happened, but I think this is the one (?):

There are a few threads on this topic but no solution:

I've seen similarly-described incidents but not having any information about the computer in your My Computer list I can't compare yours to what I've seen which fortunately were under warranty except one which was bad for me as it was my wife's [parts manufacturing issue].

So you need a list of hardware?

Unless I missed something back several years ago when I signed up I'd say that is what My Computer is for.

Is the PC only shutting down or is it also restarting?

There are log collectors used in another Ten Forums room.
Run each V2 and DM and upload results directly into this thread:

As the thread increases with posts you will want to have information in the "My Computer" section so that viewers know where to find the specs:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    9) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
    10) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
    11) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    13) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting

It's just shutting off. It does not blue screen. Do I still needs V2 and DM? Pagefile is disabled.
    I'll run the commands.

If you post logs then they can be scanned.

Make sure the default language is English:

The most common reason is CPU overheating. Check the temperatures and check the air flow in your PC is On and the filters are clean.

In stress test does not pass 75 degress.

@zbook there is a lot of information in those logs, I'm not comfortable posting them. The other tests will probably take a while. The HDDs are full, if it will scan them I don't want to wait days.

Unless there is an idea of what is wrong I don't want run all the tests. Don't want Windows to be reset or anything like that.
