Automatic repair fails, log is stored in F:\..\SrtTrail.txt

I get error message when I try to start computer. I use Windows 10. Automatic repair fails and get info, that log file is stored under F:\..\SrtTrail.txt.
I searched solutions for the error and found following commands.

    bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
    bootrec.exe /fixmbr
    bootrec.exe /fixboot

Error "Access is denied" appeared after last command, so I used these:
    1. diskpart
    2. sel disk 0
    3. list vol
    4. set vol 1
    5. assign letter= V:
    6. cd /d V:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\
    7. bootrec /FixBoot
    8. ren BCD BCD.old
    9. bcdboot c:\Windows /l en-us /s V: All
    10. bootrec /rebuildbcd
    11. exit

After that I get the same error during boot.

    Hi, this is more comprehensive
How to fix Srttrail.txt BSOD error on Windows 10?

    Where it says
First, try accessing the Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE):
    - in order to get to that, if you are unable to boot, you could boot your PC from a Win 10 install bootable medium (tenforums tutorial available to create one if you don't have a bootable Win 10 flash drive e.g.)
Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10
You will need access to another PC of course.

Boot to Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10
    Option 5

At the end that article refers to Regback- that was disabled by MS at the end of build 1709 -> 1803, so ignore that.

    History:
    - when did this start happening?
    - what happened immediately before this?
    - were there any problems apparent before your PC failed to boot?
    - did it try to upgrade or apply an update?
    - any clues welcome.

You can also create a live boot disk from this iso file:
    Toolkit Item: Kyhi’s Rescue Disk – Win10.Guru

And when you have booted your PC from that, run HDTune -available on that- to check your internal disk.
    Health and Error scan tabs.

Also feel free to search this forum for references to
    Srttrail.txt

for example, looking for solved threads for more ideas.
