PC shut off radnomly, now unable to even get to a login screen...

New to the forum, so if I make a mistake in the presenation, please, I apologize in advance.
Yesturday (Thursday) I was playing Destiny 2 for most of the day, and nearing the night time, around 8pm, my computer (Not in game, on the internet) monitors went black, though there was the windows bar on my second monitor present, that was it. I restarted the computer from there, and was presented with the blue screen of death! This is one of, if not the only time I have been in this siutation where the blue screen of death was there, so I let the computer restart, though it did not restart, it merely turned off and did nothing. I turned the PC back on, and yet again, blue screen of death, same thing. I tried once more, hoping for change (Insanity?) and surprsingly there was, I was presented with something that gave me options, to restart or to go to advanced options. After about 2 hours of messing around, and finding that everytime I reset the computer either ran into a problem and will restart (Won't restart, will just turn off, nothing will happen even after 10 minutes or so, not just being impatient.) I finnaly decided I would rather just reset my PC, files and all, and re-download everything if it meant this would all go away, as my PC is something I hold dear to me, and would be petrified if it broke so unexpectaly (Or at all). I tried doing a reset, to keep files and reset, but after a few minutes of the process, my computer responded saying it ran into a problem, and no changes were made. I am currently writing this in school, and will not be home until tomorrow evening, so any suggestions on what to do would be just amazing. I do plan on trying windows Safe mode, and trying to scan the drives and such using the command prompt. I am not super experienced with these things, and am really nervous for what will happen.

Okay so I would just do a clean re-install but first you might want to pit that HDD in another computer and back up you files. you can also try to boot the HDD in another computer.

I am not to concerned with keeping my files, I am perfectly fine with not having my files if it means getting back to the normal state of the computer. I'll do some research on a clean re-install, but looking at the steps it looks like it will required taking out my harddrives. Is there anyway I can re-install windows from my computer? Or the advanced options that come up in the boot menu? I am not to good nor confiedent with the inners of my computer, so I honosetly might make it worse.

No taking out your HDD at all I don't think? I have done it without taking out the drive when I messed up my pc with linux.

Oh, right, guess I saw the take our all non OS hard drives. Would I have to purcahse a windows 10 key again? Is there a way to just reinstall the windows on the cmoputer already? I have a backup, maybe that will do something?

If the backup is a system image than you can use that. But I would create a bootable install USB (you need your product key on the side of your desktop (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)) Pop it in your computer and away you go!

You had a BSOD while running Windows. That is due to a failure. I suspect you have a disk problem.
Boot from a Win 10 installation disk, launch a CMD window (SHIFT + F10) and do a check disk. Type
chkdsk c: /f
Pay attention on the results, specially bad clusters. bad blocks, bad sectors, etc

This sounds like a hardware error. Check the disk drive as noted above. You could have a faulty NVidia GPU - remove it and use the built in GPU on the motherboard to check. A faulty power supply and over heating could also produce such symptoms.
