My Dell XPS 13 9370 (250GB SSD) runs perfectly fine except after bootup or sleep. It works fine directly after bootup/sleep but after a few minutes the laptop freezes and I can't do anything. After a minute, the freezing stops and everything is fine. The freezing only happens once and only every time I boot it up.
Help would be great!

Start with a basic disk check: e.g.
HD Tune (free) Health and error scan tabs
Download HD Tune 2.55
If that's ok then from an admin command or Powershell prompt run
chkdsk c: /scan
If ok, similarly run
SFC /SCANNOW
and report the result.
Have you tried turning fast startup off?
After completing the above steps plan to run overnight the Dell diagnostics.
Check the boxes for these customized tests:

HD Tune returned fine. No errors and disk is healthy.
Chkdsk C: /scan ran fine and had no problems.
SFC /SCANNOW said it found some problem but has resolved them.
I think it has fixed the problem until now. No more freezing after start up. I will report in some time to confirm if the problem has really been resolved.
