Superfetch is nothing like SSD caching, Superfetch only caches most frequently used programs after a fresh start of Windows and is very limited is it's caching scheme even with 16GB of memory installed it doesn't seem to cache over 8GB.
Whereas SSD caching saves cache into the SSD and does not need to to re-cache the files after every reboot of Windows plus with better SSD caching software you can customize the cache size depending of big your SSD cache drive is and which programs and games to be cached, also SSD caching improves reads and writes speeds for transferring of files which Superfetch cannot do.
Don't confuse Superfetch with SSD cache or Hybrid SSHD hard drives (which are limited to small SSD for caching), in the future when mechanical drives are obsolete and SSD's are really cheap this won't be a problem but currently even until the next Windows after Windows 10 gets publicly released mechanical drives will still play a big role for a cheaper solution to huge storage space in PC's only downfall is it's slow; this is the situation is which SSD caching shines the best.
