Please see the attached picture. On my AOMEI Partition, I found out 1 drive has 4 partitions. Can you please advise which one can I delete / not delete and I need to free up space.
I think these partitions are created in my past Windows installation.

It would be a lot easier to answer if we could see ALL the drives information.
Make sure that ALL the text in ALL the columns is visible and showing the whole window.
