Cord for Sabrent external hard-drive missing

Could someone direct me to where I might find a replacement cord for my Sabrent External drive?

For some reason, I can't get your complete site to download, and not sure I can post the pics I have to help you understand what type I have. The case has no info on it except the Sabrent Logo. I took a snip of the little manual that tells you, I think, what I need.

I'll try and attach photos now, but if anyone could help me get the full-site for tenforums, I would appreciate it. Other sites are coming up as normal. I have a Windows 10, latest build, HP Gaming PC.

The link isn't working, or high-lighted. I clicked but no go. Why am not getting the full-site for tenforums, any ideas?

    I don't know.

Just Google: Sabrent and go to the top result. It should be... https://sabrent.com

As far as I can tell there's no issue with this site except it doesn't accept images directly from the clipboard/Snipping Tool, have to save first then insert/attach.

As for the cord/cable for the Sabrent case which accepts a 2.5" SATA drive [either HDD or SSD], mine use only one, a USB cable with the larger A plug to the computer and a smaller one for the case.

I just PM'd Shawn about you having trouble with this site.

As for the External Drive... you either have to go by "looks" or model number.

    Here's their customer support number.

it looks more like this only much thinner than these newer ones. It has like 2 connections in one innie and outie.

    Sorry! Something went wrong!

Ok, when it comes to cables... instead of innie and outie... the websites call them male and female.
Ofc, the male and female corresponds to human males and females.

So a male would be like a... tab. And a female would be like a... slot.

Once you have the terminology correct... cables are easy to search for.

With these pics... all you should have to add is the male or female part...

From that Amazon link... it looks like that's a USB type A to USB type B.
They both look to be Male.

Which one on yours needs to be female?

Ok USB 2.0 Micro-B (or USB 3.0 Micro-B?), on one end... and the other end is.... ?
And which of the ends is male and which is female?

    Quickie screenshot directions.

    1. Use the PrtSc key to take a screenshot. Or use a camera pic.
    2. Open an image editor like "Paint", and click Paste > Paste, or Edit > Paste
Or File > Open for a camera pic.
    3. Click on Select > Rectangular Select and drag a box around what you want to show.
    4. Click on Crop.
    5. Click on File > Save as > PNG picture and save it to somewhere like your desktop.
    6. Now, in your Ten Forums post, click the mouse where you want the pic, and then click on the Insert Image icon.

    7. Then click on.. From Computer > Browse (to where you saved the screenshot) > Upload File(s).

    8. You will then see something like this. That's your "posted" image.
