How To Add USB 3.0 Drivers To Win 7 Bootable USB From A Linux Install

Okay, so I know this seems like an odd question but if anyone here has ideas it would be much appreciated.

Asking on behalf of someone else, not a user here on the forum.

    Here is the situation:

    1. the person has created a bootable Windows 7 USB

    2. they discovered that in order to install on the target machine they need to add the drivers for USB 3.0 to the bootable medium

    3. they do not have access to a Windows machine

    4. they want to do it from within an Ubuntu install

Is it possible and if so how?

    Many thanks for any suggestions.

    Hi SIW2

I also found that site but the problem is that one of my addons flags it as dangerous https://prnt.sc/napgdl

I realize it might be a false positive but I am not willing to take the risk and visit that page (at least not from a Windows installation).

Are you aware of any other options?

    Thanks.
