A few days ago i lost everything on my computer, still not sure why ! Now i have these partition's ..... is there any way i can open them and look to see if my whole system that i lost pictures,file & documents are on one of them ???
And can i get them back if i find it ???

What happens at boot? Drive c has 100 gb used so something is on there
How did you get this screen shot. Did you clean install windows.
Four of those partitions look like they are of no use. Recovery Tools and Recovery partitions and an EFI partition to boot. As Samuria states C: has a fair bit of data on it.
If you open file explorer, This PC, Local drive C: there should be a folder call Users. This is where data is normally stored. Double click on Users. You should recognize most names. If your pictures are there they should be down that path c:\Users\Ken in my case.
Exactly what did you do to recover after you 'lost everything on my computer' ?
None of the other partitions will ever have held your lost pictures and documents.
Windows RE Tools - this would be just OEM recovery tools to boot to if you needed to repair the PC.
The EFI partition indicates this is a gpt partition layout on a PC with a UEFI bios. It's only used to boot the PC.
The 450MB OEM partition is most likely the Windows 10 recovery partition - the size looks right.
The Recovery Image (D:) partition would be the factory reset partition. This indicates to me that the PC was supplied by the OEM with Windows 8/8.1 as the size looks right to hold a factory image of Windows 8/8.1. The fact that it is assigned a drive letter as D: suggests the OEM was HP (most other OEMs hide theirs by not assigning a drive letter).
None of the above helps you find your files, but it does mean the only place to look for them is on the C: drive.
So we get back to the question - what happened when they 'disappeared'? And what (if anything) have you done since?
It could be something as simple as you now being signed in with a temporary profile, in which case your desktop will look different (back to 'windows basic' look) and your files still exist, but are not available to this profile. If so we should be able to find your files. If however you have tried to reset the PC then all bets are off.
Thanks Bree along with other people ! My son used my computer & he said there were 2 users on it mine (chuck) and one with Administrator ..... he deleted the Administrator account & that is when the screen came back blue saying something to the effect that computer can not be repaired & will shut down along with a few other things to try. Which none helped so i downloaded a new W10 to a flash drive & started my computer up & there is my system i am running now ! .... can i look to see if they are on one of the partion's ?? Yes he is banned from ever using my computer again !! Help is appreciated much.

With the windows 10 iso what steps were done?
system restore?
clean install?
command prompt commands?

2) Update or edit or repost the disk management image: widen each of these columns: status and volume > make sure that the characters in each row are in full view and that there are no letters that are cut off.

3) Open the HP website > support and drivers > enter the computer's product or serial number > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread

Administrator is the name of a built-in Windows account and it should not be possible to delete it. He may have tried deleting its C:\Users\Administrator folder though.
If you booted to the flash drive and reinstalled Windows then it may have put the old system in a C:\Windows.old folder. If you are very lucky the files will be in a C:\Windows.old\Users\chuck folder.
If you are unlucky then there are various recovery utilities that can search for and recover deleted files. You have 830GB of free space on C: that hasn't been overwritten (yet). You may be able to recover any deleted files it still contains. But don't use the PC, the more you use it the more chance you'll overwrite the areas containing the lost data.
Update: nothing found so far with the help ! I guess i will live with the new system & carry on from here !

Did you have enough sense to save files etc to one drive or Google drive if so they will all reappear as if by magic. If you didnt be sure to use that in the future and make images of your system on a regular basis
Would i even be here if i had the ability to restore my system ! And yes i had backed everything up to a flash drive but it didn't have anything on it .... just my luck !! And my wife is buying a new Corvette .... oh lord will it end soon !!
