My board is version 1.3 and Windows is 32 bits.
The hub would need the Chipset Driver I believe....
GA-G41MT-S2 (rev. 1.3) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
I see there were a few bios updates which may help too if you are not on the latest? .....which is F8d
Hey, My Motherboard is GA-G41MT-S2P, The one you gave me is only GA-G41MT-S2, I think it can cause problem or not?
your 1st post said it was the S2 not the S2P which is here
GA-G41MT-S2P (rev. 1.3) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
I am sorry! Now that I see that I did not put the S2P. Already updated to last version
I recently had an issue with USB too and had a similar error with a USB3 HUB , to get it recognized I had to
- access device manager,
- select "show hidden devices"
- Open USB Serial Bus Controllers.......................and see if you can find any old inactive devices (greyed-out).
- Once found, delete them all, one by one and reboot,
- plug your updated device back in and see if it is now properly recognized
Then disable Driver Updates from M$ as I mentioned earlier so Win10 doesn't OverWrite anything.
