about inefficiency on many clicks and sub menus
not really sure how to explain this
but a quick compare to win7 and 8 vs 10 it says a lot. 10 have a bunch of menu and options hidden under menu of another sub menu, versus 7 and 8 its much more open and similar area so you dont have to click so much just to get to 1 settings.
an example:
to get to the below screen in windows 8 equivalent
2 clicks + 1 mouse movement on context menu
right click PC in explorer -> right click properties
now for win 10 and up
3 clicks + 2 mouse movements (context menu + settings page) + waiting 1-2 seconds
right click PC in explorer -> right click properties -> wait for 1-2 seconds to load settings page -> click on advanced system settings
for power user this is kinda torture, anything to make this easier? window 10 has some neat features added but UI/access wise going backwards
any suggestion of 3rd party software maybe that can show a TON of feature in 1 spot rather than searching, clicking forever under win10
