How to bring back the Folder's Name Text from Explorer

Hello. I was personalizing my Windows 10 to Look like Windows 7. Everything looks great but until.. Does anyone knows how to bring back the Explorer's Folder Name Text? For some reason that was only on the Windows 7's File Explorer. Later it got removed on some of the most Updated Windows OS'es.

The version im using is 1903

    Libraries
Open a library to see your files and arrange them by folder, date and other properties. - Windows 7

Windows 10 = None (just the library files.)

wintransformati seems to want to just add the text in the display of library folders highlighted in post #1.
@wintransformati - curious- why still build 1903? Granted that's the last build with Windows search unsullied by MS.. note that 'classic' search as was can be readily restored in 22H2.

Well... The truth is : Windows 7 which already had the text display on the Library folder. and before Windows 10 was released and recived feature updates from the past years (1507 to 22H2) = It already got removed because i don't think if i can restore it.

And you wanna know why im using this build 1903? Well its just becuse i prefer to use older versions of Windows 10. Meanwhile 22H2 was already a good start to me but wasn't really too worth it to Theme it to look like Windows 7. Because AeroGlass (Glass8)
Is no longer supported for Latest Versions of Windows 10. And i could've tried Curtains to enable the Transparency effects, but i tried but it was an fail. And that's why im using this version.

    Thanks.
    Curtains works for me.

Want more? You could try Windowblinds.

I could try WindowBlinds. But as im using StartisBack its only going to make the taskbar and startmenu really buggy.
So im using UltraUXThemePatcher and Glass8 (1.5.13).

And yes. This is the theme originally created WITHOUT WindowBlinds.
