I for sure am both. I've had some serious health issues past months, causing extreme trembling, balance issues and nausea. For instance, one reason for that beard is that I've not been able to shave due constant trembling of my hands, don't want to cut my neck only because some bodyhair disturbs me. At the same time, I've had worse than normal period with my insomnia, sleeping an average about two hours a night. When the whole body is tired due lack of sleep and it's difficult to do anything due constant trembling, you do not look as good as you would like to.

Normally I'm of course looking as a muscular athlete in his early twenties
