I'm so impressed with London that I rarely visit there unless I have to. Far too busy and crowded and everything is overpriced.

Yep! Way overpriced and transportation is terrible unless you know the system.

Well London is still on my list of places I would like to visit. Costs keep coming up as an inhibitor.

I used to like London

But when they pulled down all the docklands and East End buildings to make room for property for the rich, I lost interest

Not a big fan of any big cities though nowadays, unless its for brief visits

In the 50's & the occasion rain shower here & there. Today's is busy, as Monday usually is for me, but going to be more then usual since my Wife has a doc appt.

OK, so here's what's going on. She knows no one in town, asked if I could take her to a town 1 1/2 hrs away, that was her home. But she was hesitant about asking that & said she hadn't been there in a while.

Very quiet girl, doesn't say much, talks quietly, mentioned a few random things after one of Lori's friends came over & talked to her & tried to get some info. Like would like to start over here, she was in an abusive relationship. She possibly could have a drug habit, not 100% sure, but she's off a bit & possibly running from something.

My Wife's friend called a place for Womens help, I take here there at 10 this morn. So I guess we'll see what happens. Once again, didn't want to put her on the street & she spent the night. Taking her back to a place she doesn't seem that thrilled to go back to didn't seem like a good idea.

Her friend said not sure about what the deal with her is, but somethings not right somewhere.

Don't they say life is just one big adventure? Sometimes too much of one though

I'm off to go shopping, you all take care & have a good safe day.
