Please open Ccleaner > windows tab > system > post an image into the thread (if you can please include the advanced section in the same view)

It appears that the settings that you had in Ccleaner have deleted the files needed for troubleshooting:
mini dump, memory dump, windows error reporting etc.
So please make an image so that we know what the settings were.

Will do mate, but shouldn't the tool mentioned re-generate those files again?, i run CCleaner in manual mode, which means there is no monitoring enabled, or it shouldn't automatically delete files you know.. Btw i only had a single BSOD after the current clean installation, and haven't got any since then, i also disabled XMP from BIOS just in case.

When using Ccleaner there are sections that should be unchecked and checked.
When troubleshooting you need the above files.
These are not typically privacy issues but troubleshooting issues.

    Please uncheck:
    Windows error reporting
    Windows log files

The Ccleaner advanced section is immediately below the system section and was not displayed in the above image.
Please make sure that Windows event logs is not checked.

For any bsod please post a new zip:

There are some events now within the event log.
There are still no Windows error reporting.
At this juncture it may be that you just made the changes and have not used the computer.
Ccleaner should be able to run repetitively without deleting important logs.
If the important logs are un-checked they will be formed as the computer is used and will no longer be accidentally or deliberately deleted by Ccleaner.

    View the information below.
It displays the dates and times in which the logs were removed by Ccleaner.
