    It's updating windows.
    So when it completes:
In the left lower corner search type: winver
A pop up will appear: about windows
Post an image into the thread.
    now stuck on restarting.......

Later in the day I will catch up with you.

If it's getting late where you are you can start Memtest86+ testing once windows completes updating.

    When it completes please post:

    1) Administrative powershell: Get-WindowsUpdateLog
This will take approxmately 5 minutes and post a text file on the desktop.
Use a one drive or drop box share link to post into the thread.
    2) C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
    3) C:\Windows\Logs\Dism\Dism.log
    4) dm log collector zip:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

    5) Under computer specifications please update with information on any of these:
printer, headset, keyboard, mouse, xbox, joystick etc. (anything attached to the computer by wireless or wired)
    6) Also perform a speedtest.net and post the internet upload and download speeds
