See if you can test the RAM and Motherboard again with Memtest86+
Test for 8 or more passes.

I tried memtest86 first ran 10 passes all fine, running memtest86+ overnight I'll catch up with you tomorrow. Didn't realise there was a difference between 86 and 86+ before.

All of these test should be done with no over clocking.
For each of the above tests please record maximum temperatures.
Also record the duration of testing.

Ran each of them, here are the results. FurMark let the CPU chill at 61 degrees even though it say 71 max.

When I was downloading FurMark, yes downloading not installing, got a blue screen, actually pointed to a driver this time. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED pointing towards dxgmms2.sys.
