Hi again thanks for the replys sorry it has taken so long to get back with a reply.

    My memory.dmp link

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/t2srw01q1w...EMORY.DMP?dl=0

You can see with the uploaded picture what I have connected.

    Corsair strafe keyboard
    Corsair Scimitar mouse
    Blu-ray drive
    a few WD hard drives

The other HID keyboard I am not to sure what that is.

I checked in device manager like you said the drivers for my keyboard are kbdclass.sys / kbdhid.sys
for my moue and pointing devices mouclass.sys / mouhid.sys

Would it be a good idea to reinstall windows without my corsair mouse and keyboard connected and use another keyboard and mouse.

    Thanks again

It's taking a while to download.
What are you experiencing with regards to performance: startup, shutdown, hangs, bsod, etc

Everything is fine shuts down like it supposed to and starts like it should my pc performs like it should. Its just the annoying BSOD when the PC starts from a cold boot.

In saying that I have not received a BSOD today which is the first time in over a month.

I did notice one strange thing today in my c: root folder a new folder has been created called symcache and within that there are 3 folders

    i8042prt.pdb
    intelppm.pdb
    ntkrnlmp.pdb

Only reason I mention it is because you have talked about i8042prt in previous posts.

    This is the debugging using:

    Code:
    \Driver\ACPI

BSODHunter wanted to analyze the full memory file/folder. So let's wait for his review.

The in place upgrade repair would clear up any operating system/registry related issues. And it would likely remove the yellow triangle with exclamation mark on the thumbnail.

If there are any problems after the in place upgrade repair you could then use windows driver verifier to find any misbehaving drivers. This could be preventative maintenance.

There is no new Information in the full memory dump:

    Code:
    0x0000009F: [SPECIAL] DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (28.06.2017 16:52:15) [Windows 10]

kbdclass.sys ***** Invalid * Keyboard Class Driver (Windows System File)
                   nvlddmkm.sys [8.06.2017] * nVidia Video drivers * => http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

    PROCESS: System

    Usual causes: Device driver

Its a little bit strange that the PS/2 driver is shown with the NVIDIA driver every time, but I think the problem comes from one of these components:

    Corsair strafe keyboard
    Corsair Scimitar mouse

Maybe the Hardware itself, the drivers for it, or corsair software are the cause.
    Googling
"DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" "driver\i8042prt" gave some interesting stuff.

In most cases the mouse or keyboard (drivers, hardware) were the culprit. The solution would be maybe to use older/newer drivers or another mouse/keyboard.

It would be also a good idea installing windows 10 from scratch:

I will try to add a little more information...

The BSOD is a 9F and arg1 shows that it is the type where an IRP (the I/O request packet) has been blocked for too long.

The next step is to look at the blocked IRP and its address is given in arg4. This is done as shown below and it shows which device is involved:

    Code:
    0: kd> !irp ffff9308f376bb80

It would seem that there is a problem or conflict with the mouse or keyboard. i8042prt is related to the PS/2 port but as you are not using these I wonder if you can disable them in the BIOS or registry and see if this makes a difference.
Additionally, there is an arrow. This arrow means that the crash occured at that position.
If any Microsoft drivers are at that position, see if you can find 3rd party drivers lower in the output, 3rd party drivers may be actually causing the crash.
