BSOD Critical Process Died + Others when playing certain video games
So this began happening about a week and a half ago when I was playing both Enter the Gungeon and Half-Life 2 (not at the same time). I would be playing as normal, then switch my weapon, and the last half-second of audio loops for a while and then my computer redirects me to the normal BSOD-thing. (This could very well be related to overheating, but I've already taken measures to reduce heating on my laptop). I've already looked through a few threads for help, but I'm not sure if any of them would have solved my problem. I'm really worried that this is a hardware issue, since I've only had this laptop for two years.
Things I've tried:
- Running sfc/scannow (Which yielded corrupt files)
- Reinstalling windows (Which fixed ^that problem)
- Installing the latest BIOS and drivers from Dell's website
- Running CCleaner
- Looking for bad .dll's or .exe's in BlueScreenView (hal.dll being fixed and ntoskrnl.exe staying around. Notify me if you'd like screenshots.)
Things I haven't tried:
- Going through the troubleshooting process in Getting a "whea uncorrectable error" usually while playing games
Any help/advice/solutions would be greatly appreciated. If I've missed anything/need to add more information, please tell me.

EDIT: Very sorry, I've been getting both Critical Process Died and Whea Uncorrectable Error BSOD's recently.
Test results:
IntelBurnTest - Successful Attachment 89789
Chkdsk - Successful Attachment 89795
FurMark - Successful (Max. Temperature: 78) Attachment 89805
