    Ok.

The longer the duration the better the testing conditions.

    Hi Zbook,

I am done with the memtest 33 passes, and 0 error. Sorry I don't have the result in me as I search the log or something I don't find it in the USB Drive folder.

After I done the memtest I put the laptop to run again and for only several minutes the device bluescreen again. Will deliver the log v2 again after my laptop restart

Here the latest v2 log: CANDRA-TUFA15-(2023-11-13_08-40-12).zip - Google Drive

    1) Increase the free space on C: so that there is > 30 GB free space.

    2) Indicate the status of the backup images and Windows 10 MCT.

    3) For Memtest86+ it requires taking pictures to record / document results.
    (see post # 7 link)

    4) Run Memtest86 for 4 passes (free version) > it has a feature to create a html / txt report > post a share link into the newest post

I am in my work time, so I will do what you instructed later.

Btw, I don't understand the number 2 instruction. Did I need to backup my current state with the software you listed before? I don't understand what you mean by status.

Oh, sorry I think there will be some log after memtest because I search in the internet they said there will be log in the USB Drive.

Will try to retest with the Memtest86 (not the plus one)

For backup imaging (free and pay third party software):

(Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)

    Macrium used to be free:
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

    See posts #9 and #13.

    1) Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).

    2) Create a bootable Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows iso):

    Download Windows 10 ISO File

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

The Windows 10 MCT can be used to test the computer using another operating system with new drivers.

After you've made backup images and saved them to another disk drive clean install Windows 10.

    Clean Install Windows 10

Use the computer for several days with only Microsoft default drivers.

Only if necessary during the clean install, install IRST.

Comment into this thread if it was or was not required.

If the computer is stable for 3 - 5 days then at a later time plan to install drivers displayed on the Asus website.

If the computer is stable for an additional 3 - 5 days then at a later time plan to upgrade to Windows 11.

When troubleshooting has completed the Windows 11 backup image can be restored.

If there were no important files another option is to continue with the new installation.

Memtest86 4 pass results displayed pass.

If possible, please plan to troubleshoot using Windows 10.

Run Tuneup plus after the clean install to have the optimal settings for BSOD troubleshooting.

Hi zbook, thank you very much for your instruction so far. It really help me to learn how to troubleshoot.
But I don't want to try the reinstallation or clean install at the moment as I need to backup all of my files first and it will take some times.

Maybe the best for me now is to change device as I think there something faulty in the hardware, and I'm better to buy new one than to spend my time to fix it.

Once more I'm very thankful for your help in this few days :)

If possible please test for driver versus hardware by running the computer continuously in safe mode.

BSOD while in safe usually indicates malfunctioning hardware.

Whereas no BSOD while in safe mode indicates misbehaving drivers.

The testing must be for longer periods of time for computers with infrequent BSOD.

The longer the continuous safe mode the better the testing conditions.

The resolution in safe mode is not desirable and all to often the testing time can be insufficient with inaccurate results.

For a laptop that is no longer under warranty it may be useful to compare replacement costs to servicing and possible motherboard replacement costs (after ruling out drive and RAM problems).

There are software to stress test hardware.
Often the results display pass as false negatives.
So hardware swap testing whenever possible is performed
