After 3+ years of troubleshooting, anything is worth trying. Literally as I was typing this… i just BSOD’d.

Yep same exact errors as before to keep you all updated. Gonna trying playing in safe mode for a while :/
I am following the directions? This error does not allow your system to collect logs or dmp files. This is echoed across every other individual who has had this situation. I don’t know what else to tell you
for the 4th time or so, the log collector gives us info such as:
installed drivers and dates
installed software
installed updates
error reports
event viewer logs
installed ram and speed
motherboard info including bios version
and much much more.
its in the posting instructions linked a few times.
here it is again:
Before posting a BSOD thread, please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
Well lets at least get a look at your System and Application logs (if you can do this even). To do that do the following...
1. Enter the command eventvwr into the Run command box. The Event Viewer will open.
2. Locate the Windows Logs folder in the left hand pane and expand it by clicking on the arrow (>) to the left of it.
3. Right-click on the Application entry and select 'Save all events as...'. Choose a folder anywhere that suits you and a filename of 'Application' (an .evtx suffix will be added automatically).
4. Right-click on the System entry and select 'Save all events as...'. Choose a folder anywhere that suits you and a filename of 'System' (an .evtx suffix will be added automatically).
5. Zip the Application.evtx and System.evtx files together and upload the zip file here.
In addition, please export your System Information. To do that enter the command msinfo32 into the Run command box and the System Information window will open. Then click on File > Export, choose any suitable destination folder and call the file SysInfo-forumname (a .txt extension will be added automatically). The SysInfo-forumname.txt file should be small enough to upload directly to the forum, or you can upload it to the cloud with a link to it here.
Also, export your driver list. To export your driver list open an elevated PowerShell session and enter the following command...
DriverQuery | Out-File C:\drivers-forumname.txt
This will create a file in the root of your C: drive called drivers-forumname.txt, upload that file either directly to here or to the cloud with a link to it here.
And finally, look in the folder C:\Windows\Minidumps. If there are any files in there with date and time stamps relevant to your issue then zip them all up and upload that file to here, or to the cloud with a link to it here.
We might be able to make some headway with that info.
ApplicationplusSystem.zip Application+System zip
SysInfo-parallelpark.txt SysInfo-parallelpark.txt
drivers-parallelpark.txt drivers-parallelpark.txt
Even after a clean reinstall, there is no Windows\Minidumps folder anywhere, and creating one does not allow the dumps to go in there even when choosing that as the destination folder. Thank you!
