DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE out of the blue while browsing

As the title suggests, I have recently faced this bluescreen while browsing the web. My Windows 10 build is 20H2 and is a Dell G3 as mentioned within the system specs and I have updated my drivers since getting the Blue Screen. I have attached the V2 log zip as a Google Drive link below for checking. Any help or support with regards to this issue will be greatly appreciated!

Please place the computer into clean boot:
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

Then run V2 again > post a new link

Place the computer into safe mode: (shift + restart)
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10

Then run V2 again > post a new link

    Run:
Tuneup.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    1) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
    2) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Dell or Nvidia website (indicate the source used)
    3) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.3.5 (or newer version if available)

    Do the following:

Right-click on the Start button, type power shell, right click on Windows Power Shell at the top left and select Run as Administrator.
Run the following command. License.txt and License.cab should be created on the desktop.

    Code:
    CMD /C "Licensingdiag.exe -report ""%UserProfile%\Desktop\License.txt"" -Log ""%UserProfile%\Desktop\License.cab"""

Upload License.txt if it exists in a post here please. If it doesn't exist can you copy and paste the output of the command in the Powershell Window and post that here. Click on the Hash tag to add [CODE][/CODE] tags then paste the output between them please.
