Light Blue Screen (BSOD) System Service Exception

Most of the time when I shut down my PC, I get the following message:

Stop Code: System Service Exception
What failed: win32kfull.sys

The screen says it's collecting information to send back to Microsoft. When it reaches 100%, I long press the power button and shut down my PC. Then, I power it back up again.

How can I fix this problem?

To get the version, just type version in the search box by the start button, and choose: System Information.

Open a cmd prompt and type ver and press <ENTER>.

You can also press the Windows key+R. In the Run box type Winver and press enter.

To solve problem, go to Search and type CMD, right click the CMD results and Run As Administrator. In the Elevated Command Prompt type or copy and paste
DISM /Online /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RestoreHealth and press Enter. when that completes type
SFC /scannow and press enter. this will replace any missing or corrupted system files
