Having a bunch of random BSOD (most caused by ntsokrnl.exe)

    Hi everyone,

I recently freshly installed windows 10 on my computer due to several BSOD errors due to ntoskrnl.exe I had in the past (UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP, ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY, and many more random ones). The problem seemed to be fixed but after an hour I kept getting more random BSOD errors. I decided to reinstall again.

Before the fresh install, I performed a MemTest and found out one of my RAM sticks had 2 errors in test 7. I thought this was the issue since most forums say whenever you have multiple different BSODs it is usually a memory issue. So I decided to purchase new RAM. After inserting the new RAM AND reinstalling windows I am still getting errors. I've also ran a malware scan and sfc scan but they showed positive results.

I have also reinstalled my chipset drivers as well as my GPU drivers.

I put my system info below and dumpfiles in the attachment.

    Can anyone help,Attachment 287114 please.

No dumps in the zip file but there should have been 5 of them:

    7/7/2020 10:29:29 PM 1.29 C:\Windows\Minidump\070720-12656-01.dmp
    7/7/2020 8:41:24 PM 1.19 C:\Windows\Minidump\070720-8593-01.dmp
    7/7/2020 8:37:37 PM 2.07 C:\Windows\Minidump\070720-9484-01.dmp
    7/7/2020 7:32:19 PM 1.6 C:\Windows\Minidump\070720-8437-01.dmp
    7/7/2020 7:29:34 PM 1.11 C:\Windows\Minidump\070720-7218-01.dmp

Looks like the V2 log collector failed:
    Code:
Stop-Process : Cannot stop process "powershell (11700)" because of the following error: Access is denied
    At C:\Users\dijan\Downloads\V2 log collector 1.09\resources\logger-module.psm1:1058 char:3
    + Stop-Process -Force -Id $ProcessObject.Id 2> $null
    + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
        + CategoryInfo : CloseError: (System.Diagnostics.Process (powershell):Process) [Stop-Process],
    ProcessCommandException
        + FullyQualifiedErrorId : CouldNotStopProcess,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.StopProcessCommand
Can you copy the minidump files to another location then zip them up and upload here or to a file sharing site like OneDrive or Google Drive and post a link to the zip here?

Also try running the older DM log collector, see if that runs to completion.

    The Minidumps.zip file is empty.

The Sysnative zip has 5 mini dumps in it. One of the dumps is a Driver Verifier generated dump.

    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for HWiNFO64A_150.SYS
    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: VERIFIER_ENABLED_VISTA_MINIDUMP
    PROCESS_NAME: HWiNFO64.EXE
    MODULE_NAME: HWiNFO64A_150
    IMAGE_NAME: HWiNFO64A_150.SYS
    DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 5e43ec84
    STACK_COMMAND: .thread ; .cxr ; kb
    BUCKET_ID_FUNC_OFFSET: 1107
    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0xc4_2000_VRFK_HWiNFO64A_150!unknown_function
    BUCKET_ID: 0xc4_2000_VRFK_HWiNFO64A_150!unknown_function
    PRIMARY_PROBLEM_CLASS: 0xc4_2000_VRFK_HWiNFO64A_150!unknown_function
If HWInfo64 is installed, uninstall it.

    Another 7/8 at 16:40 shows: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)

    Code:
    ffff918f`f35b60e0 fffff805`8ceb4cb0Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\farflt.sys, Win32 error 0n2

The process known as Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware Protection or Anti-RansomWare SDK belongs to software MBAMFarflt or Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware version or Anti-RansomWare SDK by Malwarebytes (Malwarebytes Cybersecurity for Home and Business | Malwarebytes).

Suggest you uninstall Malwarebytes for now to see if things are any better.

i uninstalled both programs and just got a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED blue screen. I will wait to get more blue screens and re-run the Sysnative file grab to get more dump files for you

I would use the TenForums V2 tool.

    BSOD - Posting Instructions

Has a couple of extras that Sysnative doesn't.

The V2 log collector is not working for him The Sysnative tool is. I'll take what I can get

Can you try V2 and DM log collectors again anyway, as a test along with the Sysnative tool?

I tried using the DM collector but it doesn't post to my desktop. Attached are the v2 and sysnative files. I don't know if this is helpful but i received blue screens running these programs. In addition, my computer has started to restart (go black screen and then restart) without blue screens as well. Thanks!
