Can't figure out what's causing this BSOD

Can someone help me figure out what's causing this BSOD? It's Win 10 Pro (1909). I've made sure the drivers and BIOS are up to date already and ran sfc /scannow that did repair some errors.

    Good morning pstoric.

Have you run sfc /scannow until no errors are reported versus run sfc and it reports errors and notifies they've been corrected?

Please update the 'My Computer' section. It will help anyone trying to assist. Thanks

I did run sfc /scannow and it said errors were resolved but I only ran it once. I can pop into her machine again tonight and re-run it.

On the last occasion I used sfc /scannow after the first run, it reported errors found and corrected. The next run, immediately after showed corruption that couldn't be repaired. I had to use the dism utility first.

Also, MS has updated the directions for using sfc for W8, W8.1 & W10 to include running dism first as a SOP.

Thanks I'll follow those steps. Can you tell if it's driver related by the ZIP I uploaded?

I'm sorry, I haven't yet had the opportunity to review the files. There are many others here, much more experienced than me in dealing with BSOD issues. Hopefully they will respond.

I can say from experience though, working blindly with an unknown system is near impossible in many instances. Updating your 'My Computer' would be appreciated by many. TIA

How would I do that? This is a computer for a user of mine at a remote office, not my own machine.
