BSOD when use 2 stick of RAM

    Good Morning,

My name is Ludfi, i hope u're all fine.

Since i buy this computer, i always get the BSOD error when using 2 stick ram 8gb x 2 (16GB) , but when i use 1 stick of ram 8GB everything work properly, no error BSOD appear. It tested 1 by 1 stick of ram and different slot, it going very well.

This error happens every time when i want to play game, before the game open the BSOD will come or the screen just freezing. It will not happens while doing the desktop work.

I've been trying a lot of things, update every driver, Memory Tests (Windows Memory Diagnostic), Sfc scannow is no violent, running memtest86 and the result the ram its no error.

Could you help me in some way? I'm desperate, I don't know what else to try...

Here you'll find all the data and minidumps as instructed:

    DESKTOP-3GEFFCS-(2020-05-20_04-52-20) - Google Drive

Thank you very much in advance.

Is it just one of the sticks that causes the BSOD - or can it be either one?
In most cases, this is due to a bad stick of RAM - but that's not the only possibility.
For example, it can be a problem with the slot that the stick plugs into (sometimes they break when inserting the sticks)
It can also be other damage/problems with the motherboard that cause this.

Only 1 memory dump (from 20 May) is present in the uploaded reports.
If you are using a disk cleaning app, please stop using it while we're troubleshooting

Your BIOS/UEFI version P3.70 dates from November of 2019
Please visit the ASRock support site for your motherboard to see if there is a later, stable version.
If so, please download and install it.
While you're at the support site, also download and install the latest version of the AMD chipset/motherboard drivers. Some of yours date from 2015.

You have version 1809 of Windows 10. Please update to version 1909.
Once that's done, then ensure that you manually check for (and get) ALL available Windows Updates

There are many BSOD's and Live Kernel Events listed in the WER section of the MSINFO32 reports.
Do you turn your system off by holding the power button down?
Do you get shutdowns without the BSOD?

Memory dump shows a STOP 0x3B BSOD.
The stack text shows that it's possibly 3rd party software - but that could also be a sign of a hardware problem.
    Previous BSOD's (frm MSINFO32) were
    STOP 0x116
    STOP 0x133 (2 of them)
    STOP 0x139
    STOP 0x1A (4 of them)
    STOP 0x1E (2 of them)
STOP 0x3B (2 of them - this doesn't include the one that dates from 20 May)
    STOP 0x4E (2 of them)
    STOP 0xBE (3 of them)

Your TP-Link Wireless adaptor has drivers dating from 2016.
Please update them to the latest available, Windows 10 compatible version

You have a USB audio device with a driver that dates from 2016
These devices are known to cause BSOD's on some systems.
I suggest that you temporaritly remove (unplug) the device from your system and uninstall it's software.
Feel free to try it again (with updated software) once we're finished troubleshooting.

Your IOBit Advanced System Care has a driver (Monitor_win10_x64.sys) that dates from 2018 - and it may have a critical vulnerability. I strongly suggest updating Advanced System Care to the latest available version/update.

    Please update:
    - Realtek PCI3 Wireless drivers
    - Internet Download Manager
As they also have drivers dating from 2018

    - - - Updated - - -

PS - I haven't forgotten about the RAM problem, but would like to get your system updated prior to working on that.

    Thanks for the respon.

Each sticks is fine if i only use 1 slot Ram. I used Ram (A) for a week and its fine in slot 1, the next week i used Ram (B) and its fine too in slot 2. i think the slot ram in motherboard is good, cause it running so well.

yes only 1 memory dump, cause bsod happens only when my pc running in 16Gb ram.
Ok i will stop using disk cleaning app.

The BIOS is the latest one. Chipset date is 2015 ? Yesterday i just download the AMD chipset and update it, i don't know if there's have another update. I download from AMD site, here

Its it ok on windows 1909 ? i hear from other people say there's a bug makes bsod on Windows 1909

In 8GB memory i shutdown normally, but when i try to use again 16Gb it always restart cause of bsod when im trying again to playing game

i just update the Tp Link and Realtek PCI3 Wireless drivers.
For audio driver i will uninstall the software for now, will install again after this bsod its clearly done.

i will send the new data and minidump if after update the windows its still bsod, and i will try to use 16Gb of Ram again.

Should i install "AMD RAID Installer (SATA, NVMe RAID)" from AMD too ??

Probably should install the AMD RAID - as the motherboard is equipped for it ( ASRock > B450M-HDV )

Once all of the installations are done, run the system with 2 sticks of RAM until it crashes.
I'd prefer to see at least 3 minidumps - but that depends on how long it takes to crash for you.

    - - - Updated - - -

    Oops, forgot your other question.
Yes, update to 1909 - I've been using it without problems.
FYI - most BSOD's are caused by 3rd party programs or hardware problems - NOT by Windows Updates.
The problem associated with Windows Update is when an older/incompatible 3rd party software is already installed - and then you try to update (which then causes the 3rd party incompatibility to appear).

    1) See post #5 step #16 b

    Code:
    LastWriteTime Size (MB) FullName

    2) Run Memtest86 version 8.4 (or newer version if available) for four passes.
Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

Use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
In case there are any problems uploading images use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

Memtest86 has a feature to produce a text report.
Please post this in addition to the images.

The RAM was not seen on the Asrock Qualified Vendor List.
    When was the RAM installed?
Memtest does not test for RAM incompatibility.
Memtest can display pass for normal RAM that is incompatible with the motherboard.
See if you can find RAM available to swap for testing purposes.
