Alienware 15 R1 BSOD "Thread stuck on Driver"

    (machine translated)
Hello, I recently bought a Dell Alienware 15 R1 online, unfortunately I found that it crashes regularly as soon as you try to play games.
The games themselves are going well.
The notebook crashes randomly and spits out a BSOD with the comment "Tread stuck on Driver"
Of course, I have already independently searched for a possible cause on the Internet, but unfortunately I have not found a solution that could help me, so I am here now.

Here is the data about my system:
    • Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Version 1909 (Build 18363.815)
    • Intel Core i7 4720HQ @ 2.60GHz
    • Haswell 22nm technology
    • 16.0GB dual-channel DDR3 @ 800MHz (11-11-11-28)
    • 1863GB Seagate ST2000LX001-1RG174 (SATA)
    • 238GB TOSHIBA THNSNJ256G8NU (SATA (SSD))
    • Sound Blaster Recon3Di
    • Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Dell)
    • 4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 M390X (Dell)

Furthermore I have attached a .Zip file in which more detailed information can be found.
Unfortunately, I am not a professional when it comes to computers and I am currently only hobbyist with computer hardware and software, so if information is missing that you need to help me, I will of course try to provide it as soon as possible.

I thank everyone who takes the time and tries to help me with my problem.
    Best wishes and stay healthy!

    Maurice

The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.
Please use English as the default language and upload a new V2.

The misbehaving drivers identified in the debugging were the AMD GPU drivers.

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    9) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
    10) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
    11) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    13) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting

    14) Uninstall everything AMD using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the Dell website:
    https://www.dell.com/support/home/us...e=alienware-15

    15) Perform Windows updates

    16) If there are recurrent BSOD caused by AMD GPU drivers, alternative driver versions are available on the AMD website.
