    Hello

    I have a new BSOD problem with my envy for the first time in 1 and half year this is the first time i got this problem of this type.

    I got a memory management blue screen BSOD when checking the dmp file it gives me the following :

    {

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 0x0000001a 00000000`00004477 00000000`0203c8c8 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 storport.sys storport.sys+95af

    I tried the memory diagnostic test with no problems result.

    I tried something but not sure if its related, the BSOD mainly occur after closing the lid of my Envy it restarts and create the message BSOD MEMORY MANAGEMENT

    Let's start from the beginning. Do you have any HP programs such as HP 3D Driveguard or HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection installed on your system? Check it in Add / Remove Programs

    In that case, uninstall this program as described on the following page:
    https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebo...r/td-p/1311745
    Then update the drivers I mentioned above. Also update Windows 10 to version 1909 - https://support.microsoft.com/pl-pl/...date-assistant
