Random BSODs on Lenovo Y700 running windows 10

So as of recently, I've been experiencing a lot of random BSODs while using my Lenovo Y700 gaming laptop.
I've run all the hardware scans on memory and hard disks and they came out clean.
I've reinstalled windows maybe thrice already but I still get the errors and I cant seem to figure out why.
I do remember some of the stop codes that I've gotten the past few times:
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION, FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA, K MODE FAILURE, etc.
I've attached the mini dump files along with this thread, if anyone can help me out, that'd be awesome.

    System specification:
    Lenovo Y700-15ISK Touch
    Windows 10 home 64-bit
    Intel i7-6700HQ
    16GB DDR4 Ram
    Nvidia GTX 960M-4GB

Everything you have described such as the fresh installations, the random and varied nature of the BSOD all points to unknown hardware failure. The latest dumps tend to confirm that too.

What tests did you run on the SSD and HDD? Is the firmware up to date on the SSD?

Have you tried the Lenovo Hardware diagnostics? https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/gb/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/ideapad-y-series-laptops/y700-15isk/diagnostics

The firmware is up to date on the SSD.
I ran the windows disk check utility (chkdsk) on the system and it came up clean as well.
Ran the Lenovo diagnostics last night for hardware, ran the full scans and it said that all the hardware components have passed the test and there are no failures to be reported, so I'm quite lost as to what piece of hardware is failing on the device.

Please post images of the Lenovo hardware diagnostic testing results.
Were the custom / interactive tests ran?

    Was only Intel iGPU tested?
    Was Nvidia dGPU tested?

When was the Nvidia GPU disabled?
Did it have any impact on the computer stability / instability?
