Windows crashes randomly and is unable to create dump file

    Hello,
My laptop is an HP ENVY - 15-as105nl, i bought it in 2017.
My Windows version is 1903 (build SO 18362.476).

About last week, I was using the PC for school, when I first noticed a sudden slowdown in performance, until it stopped for a couple of seconds and then the blue screen appeared with code: CRITICAL_PROCSS_DIED.

From that moment the same thing is repeated often every time I use the PC.

I tried to enable the writing of the dump file, but the file is not created and from "Event Viewer" an error is shown:
"volmgr 161, Creation of the dump file failed due to an error while creating the dump. "

A further problem began to occur practically from the same day.

When I turn on the computer, a black screen is displayed with the words:
    "Boot device not found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk
    Hard disk (3F0)
    F2 System disgnostics."

If I go to the boot menu, no media is shown.
My current solution is to start the bios and wait a few minutes.
Then, without making changes, if I save and go out, the computer starts normally.
To eventually crash a few minutes later for a BSOD.

I don't know if the two problems are related but they started to occur on the same day without me doing anything in particular that I remember.

I have already talked to a technician through the Hp forum.
This person recommended this procedure to me:
    1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
    2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
    3. Perform System Test> Extensive test. Share the result on your next post.

Unfortunately the problem has not been solved.

I also tried performing an OS restore from windows settings, keeping the files.
    This didn't work either.

Here's the Log collector results: LGPC-(2019-11-27_18-44-37).zip - Google Drive

    Thanks for the help.

The logs show you are using methods to avoid activation of software. I assume you are aware of this. If not please explain why you use WinDivert1.1 and KMSEmulator. Such programs are usually a sign your system has been compromised.

I actually used KMS in the past to activate my Office 2016, but right now I don't even have Office installed on my PC.
My windows 10 license is the one coming with the notebook, I even registered the product on the hp website.

So right now the notebook is completely clean.

Please share the results from the HP extended diagnostic tests.

If you haven't already done so back up all your files in case you need to do a clean install or factory reset.

Without any crash dump files it is difficult to identify what might be causing the BSOD. I'm guessing it might be hardware failure or incompatible hardware with the latest W10 OS.

    Error Log shows:

The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

Please change the default language to English and upload a new V2:

These days I performed a total reset of the operating system and the ssd (Settings > Recovery > Reset this PC).
So right now the pc has the factory settings and the only software installed later are "Chrome" and "HP PC Hardware Diagnostic".
The problem is still present, both at startup and later with blue screens.

I changed the system language to English and repeated V2.
Here is the new result: LAPTOP-HQKN0PFI-(2019-12-04_14-35-53).zip - Google Drive

I installed HP PC Hardware Diagnostic and performed the tests, all of which were positive.
    I attach the screens.

The unsupported disk adapter error is still present. Did you check device manager for any warnings? (Hint: Right click on Start and select Device Manager)

There are different versions of HP diagnostics.
Unfortunately the version that was ran did not check all of the hardware.

There is software installed that has drivers that can cause BSOD.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Download and install: HP diagnostics UEFI
    https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/.../pc-diags.html

    2) Run the testing overnight:
    a) power on the computer and repetitively click F2 or F10
    b) launch the HP UEFI diagnostics and run in extensive loop until failure overnight
    c) in the AM if it has made 2 or more loops click esc then run component steps as needed
    d) post an image of the results into the thread

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    4) sfc /scannow
    5) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    6) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    7) sfc /scannow
    8) chkdsk /scan
    9) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    10) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    11) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    13) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    14) Run Memtest86 version 8.2 (or newer version if available) for four passes.
Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
Use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
In case there are any problems uploading images use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)
Memtest86 has a feature to produce a text report.
Please post this in addition to the images.

There would be a warning triangle associated with a device if there was an error. You do not appear to have anything showing up, I am not sure what the cause of the event log error is. It is created by hpdskflt.sys which is the HP Disk filter driver.

Was the Toshiba SSD always present in your device or did you add it later?

Please perform the extended HP diagnostics as recommended by zbook.
