Hi, I am having to log this on my phone as I have no access to my laptop. It is stuck on the automatic repair loop. I can't reset, restore, roll back to previous version, use image or use start up repair.
I have followed many guides for command prompt fixes which have not worked.
Please help, I have videos and pics of my daughter I have not backed up and really need help.
1) Find two flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB).
a) Create a bootable Ubuntu / Linux flash drive

b) Create a bootable Windows 10 iso:

2) With the bootable Ubuntu / Linux flash drive > backup all important files to another drive or to the cloud:

3) With the windows 10 iso plan to perform troubleshooting steps and a possible reset save files equivalent (save files and reinstall drivers and applications)

I have followed all steps but I can't get my laptop to boot from usb. I have usb hdd selected in bios and it just skips it and attempts to load windows over and over again
1) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)
2) Open the website for the notebook manufacturer > support > enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread
3) Try the discharge capacitors and the hardware method to open the windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the computer
a) Disconnect the power cord
b) Remove the battery
c) Hold down the power button for 30 seconds
d) Reconnect the battery and power cord
e) Power on the computer and as soon as you see the Microsoft icon > power off
f) Immediately repeat: power on the computer and as soon as you see the Microsoft icon > power off
g) On the third power on allow the computer to boot to the computer's windows advanced troubleshooting menu
h) if this opens select startup options > safe mode
4) If you are not able to open the Windows advanced troublesooting menu on the computer then there are F keys and BIOS modifications.
3) Use the applicable F key to boot to the external USB HD:

If you have fast boot or ultra fast boot enabled in your UEFI firmware settings, then you will need to temporarily disable fast boot or ultra fast boot to be able to boot from a USB.

5) Try another USB stick
6) Try all USB ports (2.0 and 3.0)
7) Maybe when using UEFI Bios you have to temporarily switch to Legacy in BIOS settings
8) Turn off temporarily fast boot, secure boot, CSM if enabled
