BSOD playing Minecraft and general web browsing

    Hi All

I have had a similar proiblem last year which was semi fixed but over the last few days has been constant.
I followed previous steps as advised by installing a fresh Windows 10, new NVIDIA drivers, also done a MEMTEST which was all clear.
I am still getting BSOD frequently and i have included a log file here
    Attachment 222507
I hope you may be able to help, Many thanks

Please read and follow the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions .

Download and run the v2-Beta17 log collector and upload the resulting zip file please. It collects additional info that may be of use in debugging your problem.

    Code:

You have an odd memory configuration with dissimilar DIMMs. Try removing the 2GB DIMM and see if that makes any difference:

This error can also be caused by a driver passing a bad memory descriptor list. For example, the driver might have called MmUnlockPages twice with the same list. I see you have the latest Nvidia driver for your 750M GPU.

Get the latest driver (again) for your Nvidia card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads
Completely uninstalling the Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile here: Official Download Here. Do this in Safe Mode.

Then do a custom install of only the NVidia graphics driver and the PhysX driver. See if that gets rid of the problem.

    Log Collector

Thanks for your help I have reinstalled the Nvidia Driver again and here is the Log Collector Zip as requested.

I did have all the Windows auto update features turned off and it was fine for a couple days but it has started BSOD again with a number off different fault reasons.

Please run the Windows activation troubleshooter:

Use Activation Troubleshooter in Windows 10 | Tutorials
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...troubleshooter
    slmgr.vbs /ato

Once Windows is activated please run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread:

    Not stop BSOD

I can’t seem to be able to do anything now even in safe mode I am getting BSOD before I can clean install, repair, or even run the log collector.
I have managed to get it to clean boot but that’s it.
memtest is coming back as all ok as well?

I could not run the windows activation troubleshooter as it was already registered.

You are running an old version (beta08) of the beta log collector, please try with the latest one beta 17 available from the Posting Instructions.

One other thing I have noticed is that you are using a BIOS which is for Raid use only. If you are not using Raid you should revert to the earlier 10H BIOS.
