    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) wmic RecoverOS set AutoReboot = False
    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    7) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums | Tutorials
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

    10) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 01/24/2019 01:20:06
    Size on disk: 1444 MB

    11) Open Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    12) Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod

    13) The BIOS: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. L1.52B, 15/07/2013
    Upgrade the BIOS: 1.52B > 1.90
It is recommend to used non-beta BIOS unless there is a specific indication
    ASRock > 990FX Extreme3

    14) To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.

    15) Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.

    19) The computer has Windows 1803. Did you want to upgrade to Windows 1809 or remain with 1803?

    20) For any BSOD:
    a) run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread
    b) post a share link for memory.dmp if the file size is < 1.5 GB (use one drive, drop box, or google drive)

    21) In startup and recovery system failure if automatically restart is checked it can be easy to miss BSOD.
When there is a BSOD and automatically restart is unchecked you should see a BSOD window with bugcheck and : (
Sometimes you may see a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys
At the very beginning of a BSOD you may see a % counter.
If you see the % counter allow it to rise to 100% before rebooting so that is suficient time to create the dump file.
Step #5 should convert the default automatically restart so that the box is now unchecked.

    1) For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) change small memory dump to automatic memory dump
    b) reboot to maintain settings

    2) For Ccleaner:
    a) uncheck Windows log files

    3) The memory dump displayed partial corruption an was not able to be debugged

    Code:
    **************************************************************************
THIS DUMP FILE IS PARTIALLY CORRUPT.
KdDebuggerDataBlock is not present or unreadable.
    **************************************************************************

    4) For any BSOD post these simultaneously:
    a) BETA log collector zip
    b) memory.dmp if the file size is < 1.5 GB (use a share link: one drive, drop box, or google drive)

    5) Find a flash drive that you can format: (> or = 8 GB)

    6) Create a bootable windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10
Download Windows 10 ISO File | Tutorials

    7) Uninstall Kaspersky AV using the applicable uninstall tool:
Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab applications (kavremover)

    8) Make sure that Windows defender is on
