Boot Loop code 0xc000007B Windows 10

Just the other day I went down to my computer and it was stuck on a screen saying there was a problem with the code 0xc000007B. I restarted and went tried to fix start up repair many times to no avail, and also to advance options. I've tried in the cmd prompt checkdisk as well as /fixboot (access denied, i think because i have uefi), and then there was another suggestion on replacing your registry with default values or something, but during that method i didn't have any default registry files to use during the override.

I'm stuck, not sure what to do. Says there is an srttrail.txt file but not sure how i'm suppose to access it if i can't boot into windows. safe mode also doesn't work. after spending several hours the above methods are all i can find anymore during a google search, so i'm not sure where to go from here without help. oh also i tried booting from windows 10 usb file to repair from there and that never worked either. thanks for any help.

ps i read a lot of times this error code is in part to a newly installed program, but i haven't installed anything new in some time on my pc.

    1) Find two flash drive that you can format ( > or = 8 GB)

    2) Create a bootable Windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10
Download Windows 10 ISO File | Tutorials

    3) Create a bootable Kyhi boot rescue: (The flash drive can be smaller that 8 GB)
Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums

    4) Insert the Windows 10 iso into any USB port
    5) Power on the computer and repetitively click the applicable F key to boot to the BIOS boot menu
List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys
    6) Click external USB HD

    7) If it is a custom computer then temporarily modify the BIOS boot order so that the external USB HD is on top
    8) It may take 5 - 10 minutes for the iso to fully load
    9) Select language, time ,currency, and keyboard or click next
    10) In the left lower corner click repair your computer

    11) click command prompt > this should open a black box with title bar: Administrator: X:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe and prompt: X:\Sources>

    12) Find a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images of the commands and results into the thread. Use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

    13) Type all of these commands. (Comments will be in parenthesis)

    14) bcdedit /enum
    15) bcdedit | find "osdevice"
(note the partition drive letter in this command as it will be used in later commands)

    16) dism /image:B:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
(change the drive letter B: to the partition drive letter displayed in step #16
    (There is a space between \ / )
    17) (reboot and reopen command prompt if it does not boot to desktop.)

    18) Dism /Image:B:\ /Get-Packages
(change the drive letter B: to the drive letter displayed in step #15)
    19) (View the packages by date)
(Run the following command on the last installed package:
    example: dism.exe /image:d:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB4014329~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0)
    (Reboot)
    20) (repeat the above step multiple times as necessary to go back in time to a date that was before the problematic boot.)
    21) (post images of the results into the the thread)

    22) chkdsk /r /V B:
(change the drive letter B: to the drive letter displayed in step #15)
    (reboot to run the command)
(It may take many hours to run and typically displays ETA)
(post an image of the results into the thread using a share link)
(reboot after the completion of the step to check the boot and post an image of the results into the thread)

    23) Insert the bootable Kyhi boot rescue into any USB port
    24) Power on the computer and boot to the external USB HD
    25) If it is a custom computer then temporarily modify the BIOS boot order so that the external USB HD is on top
