Fresh install "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" BSOD at random

Hey Guy's so I have recently upgraded to an M.2 so I did a fresh Install of windows onto it. Before I had the M.2 I used to get the same BSOD but it always used to say Netio.sys which I narrowed down to Malwarebytes which seemed to work but now I don't have malware installed have barely anything installed and have the same BSOD any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

problem is, there is just one bluscreen dump. If we would have more bluescreens (dumps) it would be better for analyzing. So you should wait a few more crashes and upload a new log collector zip file.

But there a few things u could check:

    1) Please uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver using DDU. There are pointers I found:
    Code:
    ffffdd0d`7759c4e8  fffff80c`bc224385 dxgkrnl!COREACCESS::~COREACCESS+0x4d
    ffffdd0d`7759c518  fffff80c`bc22350b dxgkrnl!COREADAPTERACCESS::~COREADAPTERACCESS+0x1b
    ffffdd0d`7759c548 fffff80c`bc2ced47 dxgkrnl!DxgkEscape+0x8c7
Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) is a small software that can help the user to uninstall the display driver from the users PC. It can uninstall the driver for all the lead display chip developers, viz. Nvidia, AMD and Intel.

    2) You should check Disk #2. There are IO errors on the WD disk:
    Code:
2018-08-08 19:58:36 Warning: The IO operation at logical block address 0x58c23b8 for Disk 2 (PDO name: \Device\00000036) was retried.

    Diagnostic Test

     HDD TESTS

Run HDTune to check health and scan for errors.

    Note   Note
It may take some time, but look for signs of any errors or failure.

You can also run a disk or health check using CrystalDiskInfo or chkdsk. Refer to the tutorial for details of how to do this.

Take Screenshots of it and post it here.

You can also use the original tool from WD:
Software and Firmware Downloads | WD Support

    3) You also run a Memtest to check if the RAM modules are okay:

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ V5.01 to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note
MemTest86+ V5.01 needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

I rechecked. Since Disk #2 ist you new M.2 SSD you should do following:

    1. Check & Update DISK controller and storage drivers (AHCI, RAID, NVMe,...)
    2. Check SSD for new Firmware-Update

Use this tool from WD to check the M.2 SSD:

Everything looks okay. U have also the latest BIOS version.

U can get the AHCI controller drivers from the mainboard manufacturers website.

But newest controller driver should be integrated in the latest AMD chipset drivers from here:

For the DDR4 RAM testing were you able to use Memtest86+ version 5.01?
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Or did you need to use Memtest86 version 7.5?
