Ok I downloaded Speccy. Anything in particular to look for?
I noticed already that in the Motherboard section it says my +5V is at 3.279V and my +12V is at 14.9V. Those seem significantly different than what was reported in the BIOS but I dunno what the tolerance range for those things is.
Please post the data directly from the BIOS for the voltages.
The logs displayed unexpected shutdowns/restarts.
These can come from:
a) problems with temperature
b) problems with PSU voltages
c) BSOD related to software and hardware
d) Power off using hardware instead of using the software
etc.

How do I post the data directly from the BIOS? I'm not sure where this is in Speccy.
For the BIOS use a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread using share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)
Once you are comfortable monitoring temperatures the hardware can be stress tested.

a) Record the maximum temperature and post the maximum temperature into the thread
b) Record test duration and post the uninterrupted test duration into the thread
c) Aim for testing > 3 hrs and abort testing as needed for freezing, temperature changes (see link)

It says to turn off Prime95 if high temperatures are seen. What is considered a high temperature? My CPU seems to idle at 68 which seems high according to some websites.
I assume that is 68°F not °C.
It looks like the cpu is designed to operate at 61°C as a maximum safe temperature which is 142°F
No this is 68C. Though it seems to have come back down. Maybe it was doing something after I just turned it on. It seems to be around 50C now. Motherboard is at 58C.
In that case you are running quite HOT! Do you have system fans running to try and cool inside the case and keep the motherboard temperature down? What is the room temperature?
