Full pc freeze when playing overwatch. Error with Wdf01000.sys ?

    Hi All,

This is actually the first time that i have a pc issue that i am not able to resolve.
I'm a dedicated Overwatch competitive player and i am having random crashes while playing the game.

    my system:
    - Windows 10 64bit
    - I7 6700k
    - 16 Gig memory
    - GTX 1070
    - 2x 250g SSD drives

    Error description:
    - Randomly while playing the game, my computer completely locks up, no blue screen with error message, just a black screen

    Actions already taken:
    - Full reinstall of windows
    - Full reinstall of the game
    - Ran a full memtest86 - no errors
    - all windows updates installed

I have added two of my minidump files.

Help would be greatly appreciated because im totally stuck with this.

Checking the logfiles myself i do see an error with Wdf01000.sys but my knowledge of logfiles is lacking.

Calling upon the power of the internet :)

    Thanks.

I would like to see the all logfiles as requested in the BSOD Posting Instructions. Please use the new beta10 log collector provided at the bottom of these instructions, download the file, extract it to a folder and then double-click the Log_collector shortcut. This will open a command prompt window and you will see further instructions to press enter etc. A powershell window will also open as the tool collects data about your system. When finished you will find a zip file has been saved to your desktop. Please upload that file in your next post.

    update:
    i updated with manufacturer drivers:
    - sata
    - usb controller
    - sound device
    - chipset

    > still crashes.

I have ran verifier.exe to stresstest all non microsoft provided drivers and immediately got a crash after it.
I have added the new files which should make it easier for you to track down what is wrong (i hope).
This was literally 5 minutes before generating the new dump files.Attachment 191366

The latest crash was triggered by Driver Verifier and most likely had something to do with the Savitech driver you have on your system (SvThLSNS.sys) which was running at the same time as the verifier crash.

    Code:
    0: kd> .load pde;!dpx

I think its audio but its not clear to me if it is being used or just left over from a previous installation. However, it is loading up when your start your PC it is in your start up as SVLoadSense. Probably something that could be disabled.

Its the last thing in your startup list:
    Code:
