Hello.
I have the logs as well as the memory tests. I had 8 passes without errors.

1) Please update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)
2) Make sure that there is no over clocking during the troubleshooting process
3) For all tests / steps please post images into the thread.
For any problems posting images please use one drive or drop box share links.
4) Run HD Tune:

c) Full error scan

8) What are the BIOS 3.3, 5 and 12 voltage values? What are the CPU voltage and frequency?

1. I already did the HDD test a week ago using Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool for Windows (Since I have Western Digital HDDs). Hopefully the data I posted is going to be sufficient. In case not I can retake the tests using the HD tune you suggested

2. I left furmark running for 1 hour. Gpu temps have not exceeded 69 degrees. No artifacts or blue screens. Everything was nominal.

3. I left Prime95 Running for something over 3 hours. No errors. CPU temps have not exceeded 40 degrees. (40 was the maximum)

4. In bios these were the following readings:
+3.3 was 3.28
+5V was 5.010
+12V was 11.808
CPU Vcore was 1.380V (Currently set to auto)

1) Which post has the WD drive test images?
2) The HD Tune test is useful as it has 3 different tests: SMART, Benchmark, and Error or Surface scan.
3) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for:
a) PoW32kWatchdog
b) PoW32kWatchdog-20180218-2207.dmp
c) Livekernelreports > PoW32kWatchdog
d) If any of the above finds have a dump or .dmp file please post a link into the thread
4) In the left lower corner search type: system > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings > under startup and recovery >
a) un-check automatically restart
b) make sure that write debugging information is set to automatic memory dump
c) post an image into the thread when these settings have been modified
d) under performance click settings > on performance options click settings > under virtual memory click change > view the virtual memory windows and post an image into the thead
5) Download and install Whocrashed:

6) After all of the above steps have been made open whocrashed > in the left upper corner above analyze click on tools > click crash dump test > type: ACCEPT
7) Click analyze after the crash dump test > post an image of the results into the thread
8) Run the beta log collector and post a zip into the thread after the crash dump test:

1. The WD test drive images are in my previous post. The first two images. There are the extended test results (Checks for possible cluster errors and such) and smart data. Everything came up green.

The Whocrashed image displayed that Whocrashed analyze was not able to read the dump and that it may be corrupt.
Using Windbg the mini dump file was able to be debugged.
On the manually initiated crash test an ESET driver was unstable and participated in the crash.
Uninstall ESET:

Windows driver verifier is a tool that is used to find misbehaving drivers.
It will repetitively produce BSOD until misbehaving drivers are fixed or until the tool is turned off.
Before using the tool perform the following steps:
1) backup all files to another drive or to the cloud
2) make a backup image using Macrium:
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free
3) make a brand new restore point
Each time there is a BSOD the tool will need to be turned off to return to the desktop.
In order to turn the tool off the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu is used.
There are 3 methods to turn off or recover from the tool.
They should always be used in this order and only if the prior method failed:
a) startup options (not start up repair) > click restart > select #6 safe mode with command prompt > type:
verifier /reset
b) command prompt > Administrator: X:\windows\system32\cmd.exe > X:\Sources:> type:
verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
c) system restore
System restore should only be used as a last resort as the mini dump file may disappear and then little progress is made in the troubleshooting.
After each BSOD you will see the BSOD window which will display a bootcode and may display a misbehaving driver. If you see a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys record it and post it into the thread.
After you return to the desktop you will uninstall misbehaving drivers. Then you can either look for replacement drivers or restart windows driver verifier and find the next misbehaving driver. The end result should be the same with all misbehaving drivers uninstalled.
When replacing drivers they all should come from the computer or motherboard manufacturer's website as the first choice. The second choice should be the component manufacturer's website ( Intel, Nvidia, AMD, Realtek, Killer Networks, etc). Please do not use websites that offer drivers as it is uncertain as to what you may get.
After each BSOD you will run Whocrashed to identify the misbehaving driver. Then run the beta log collector and post a new zip into this thread: log collector v2-beta08.zip
The windows driver verifier tool will be run for 48 hours. After the last BSOD it will be run for an additional 36 hours. Then if there are no more BSOD the troubleshooting using this tool will be completed.

In the above link are methods to turn off windows driver verifier. There are also customized settings. All non-Microsoft drivers are to be tested. There are 3 customized test settings.
If there is no sluggishness and no boot problems the number of customized test settings can be increased so that there are 19 customized tests running at one time.

Antivirus products have multiple software drivers.
BSOD can be caused by mibehaving hardware or software drivers or malfunctioning hardware.
So a systematic method is needed to find the cause and effect.
At this time please uninstall all ESET software with drivers from the computer so that ESET is no longer a factor in the BSOD.
The remaining drivers will be tested using Windows driver verifier.
During the use of Windows driver verifier and after its use the bugcheck 124 will or will not reappear.
If it reappears then you know that there is no relationship to ESET.
Then after 2 weeks you will reinstall ESET and can see if there are any new BSOD and if those BSOD are 124.
