Looks like they are BitLocker encrypted drives. Right-click a drive and choose the option unlock the drive. Most likely you specified a password that you will then need to supply.
If you don't recall the password, you will need your recovery key that you saved when you encrypted the drives.
How did you restore the Drive(s) image ?? If DISM then maybe? As DISM will also lock the drive pending additional actions..
to unlock drives locked by Dism you have to use the Dism command > /Cleanup-Image /revertpendingactions command...
These are the bitlocker symbols for comparison:

Your specs say you have Pro so Bitlocker should be available.and don't have bitlocker on this edition of windows

Let's find out for sure whether BitLocker is involved here.
Open an elevated command prompt (run as administrator) and then type in this command:
If you could be so kind as to post here the resulting output, I would greatly appreciate it.Code:manage-bde -status
The output was cut off on your screenshot so I cannot see E:, but clearly drive C: and D: are being encrypted right now (encryption is still ongoing at the time you ran the command). Even though I cannot see E: I surmise that it is in the process of being encrypted as well.
May I ask what led to restoring an image? Did you encounter some sort of malware infection?
you're right. E is being encrypted as well.
I bought a windows pro key on internet so tried to go from home to pro and I went to Microsoft to download a fresh copy of windows. After doing all that the key was not accepted by by Microsoft
Since my knowledge is very limited I decided to go back to my OS. Like that I wouldn't lose my documents and all.
Everything was fine except my D drive where I had plenty of stuff. E wasn't important because is empty.
It is a first for me to find a locked drive.
I thank you I did learn something today
