Screen goes black after prime95 processor stressing test

    Windows version 22h2 (19045.4291).

After doing processor stressing test with prime95 my screen goes black. Before that my computer crashes.
I found in the internet, that it can be a problem with PC power supply.
    I have a Regnum RG4 Pure Black (SPC177) 650W.
I have voltage meter in the socket and with a monitor my PC uses about 17 W when a stress test. Now it is about 75W when I am writing. During a stress test, when the system crash appears and the screen goes black the voltage goes to 217W constantly.
Can it be a powes supply problem in fact?

I have this problem for a long time and it always happen when using Photoshop, Blender, Stable diffusion etc. Never in games.
I have a new GPU and cooling. There was somenthing wrong with RAM, but I have a new ones.

Only thing I speak to is the screen going black, when a computer crashes it usually will no longer send a signal to the monitor and many monitors will show a small message to the effect that it is no longer receiving data, mine do. The message is usually of short duration and can also happen during a normal reboot or shutdown. If that message had been appearing in the past and no longer does could be an issue with the video adapter or in the monitor itself.

During a black screen nothing appears, no popup or anything. I am doing then a hard reset and it starts from the beginning.
I will have a new monitor in Tuesday, because my present one has 5-6 years and sometimes I see flickering or some moving lines. But lines only appeared ince on a gray color in Blender.

I would say it is overheating
Use OpenHardwareMonitor to see your temperatures
Extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor and run OpenHardwareMonitor.exe
Under options you can set to start with Windows and what to show on the gadget and on the tray. Very good.

The power consumption is W (watts) but you refer as volts (V)

It's funny, because when OHM is working prime95 also works without a crash. It is as if OHM was a controller, or something.
But, after 7 min of the test I opened also the Fan Control V181 - and as you see on the screenshot it was a moment of a crash. Everything froze, the cursor froze and in a few seconds the screen went black.

    BEFORE crash

AFTER 7 min of a stress test.

Is the CPU fan running properly?
Why is memory almost all being used (99.8%)?
    Is virtual memory enabled?

It's a new water cooling and yes, fans are running all the time.
Before removing this there was 95 degree at the start of the system in BIOS temperatures.
Old cooling device was working badly.

I don't know. I did yesterday memory test with MemTest86+ and there was no errors.
I had some problems with RAM sticks, but now I have new.

Yes, I have set to 13216 MB. I have 25484 MB available.

You have to find out what is using almost all your memory.
    Are you overclocking?
Why, on OpenHardwareMonitor it isn't showing the minimum column?

    I really don't know. I don't use any overclock.

But yes, when I had a problem with the memory sticks, to install them properly the screen was black. Maybe in fact this is some kind of a wild memory lose. But how can I find the source of such excenssive use?

Without stress test, the memory looks like this:

You are probably using one 16G stick and one 8G and this configuration can cause a lot of issues.

Are they are same brand, same type, speed, latency etc?

Using different sizes, even same brand, same type, speed, latency etc, will make only part of it to work in dual channel. In your case, (8+8)G will work in dual channel and the last 8G will work in single channel.

Remove the 8G stick and try to use only the 16G and see what happens.

Use Task manger (Ctrl+ Shift+Esc) and you will see what is using the resources

Please describe the problem with the memory sticks
