It is probably worth checking again. There has been another update since then.
If it still fails try the Windows Update Troubleshooter.
hi i run troubleshooter. it allows me to do the updates, but it is temporary. looking for a permanent solution. hoping microsoft does a patch. my latest update is kb4022716. thank you pothound

hi after running troubleshooting, i get 2 results. 1 is {service registration is missing or corrupt]. 2 is [check for pending updates]. after running troubleshooting program i must restart computer, for it to take affect. thank you pothound
